GOOD LIFE SHOW is a nationally syndicated weekly
radio show hosted by internationally renowned, award-winning
broadcaster and journalist Jesse Dylan that features
topical and well-known guests such as Dr. Wayne Dyer,

T'ai
Erasmus - Personal Trainer
Dr. Sciortino likes
to refer patients to Tai Erasmus, a certified personal trainer
and sports nutrition consultant, with over ten years experience.
T'ai's accreditations include both the International Sports
Sciences Association's CFT Level III and Specialist in Performance
Nutrition, the Colgan Institute of Sports Nutrition, the
National Coaching Certification Program Theory Level 1,
and Fitness Theory. T'ai has contributed numerous articles
on heath and fitness-related topics for various magazines
throughout North America. Also, T'ai is a World Natural
Sports Organization (WNSO) judge. T'ai Erasmus has competed
in the sport of Olympic Target Shooting for fifteen years.
He holds a Master classification, which is the highest position
awarded for Target Shooting in Canada. Besides his involvement
in personal and fitness consultations, T'ai is presently
developing a line of fitness products and publications.
He works with a wide variety of clients including professional
and amateur athletes, bodybuilders, fitness competitors
and music and film personalities.
